I bought MyRideTrac after the first of the year.  How do I enter catch up miles & expenses. Right now, the best way is to enter the data directly into the spreadsheet that you can send your self using the SEND REPORTS feature.  You get a summary email and a detailed spreadsheet attached that you can edit directly.  This is what you want to give to the Tax Man. We are working on designing a feature that will allow you to enter catch up miles & expenses right into the app.  You will also be able to enter negative amounts to correct errors.
